PROJECT PROPOSAL: LOGIC

The website would initially open up on a fake pop-up page. It would specify a very specific amount of money that the user won, and when clicked through, would direct the user to the homepage with a large, neon logo. Upon scrolling, the user would get a blurb about how two Epipens cost that amount of money, and then offer a small pitch on helping change those prices through information and action.

The rest of the site would detail organization members, what they do, and possibly a fake contact form to get in touch with the organization.

For aesthetic, the site would likely be a dark theme with little color. The main colors would probably be neon blue and/or pink, two contrasting colors that look good with a dark backdrop. The organization is partially underground and doesn't necessarily 100% work by the books, so a website that reflects a slightly gritty nature would be good. It can't be too smoothly made, or too professional-looking, but can't look ugly or amateur, either. I was also thinking of designing a logo with one of the typefaces found in the moodboard section. I'm not 100% certain of how I want to create navigation, but might see about using the LOGIC logo itself, or a navigation bar that pops out the top/side.

I believe this website will be within my skillset to create. I didn't want to go with something too ambitious, as I know I will already be learning a lot just to make a cohesive layout, fake pop-up screen, and more. My HTML and CSS skills up to this point are largely self-taught from years ago, and so I don't want to unnecessarily frustrate myself, but I do still want to learn.
