This steep pricing is due to pharmaceutical companies being able to monopolize the market and cut generic name brands out of the competition. LOGIC, the organization and eventual website, hope to change this through exposing people to the topic in as raw a fashion as possible.
The website is designed to make a user believe they are winning a large cash sum. However, they are then informed they couldn't even buy a 2-pack of epinephrine for that price. The rest of the site delivers succinct and to the point information, linking to articles with more information and prompting the user to share the site.
